Chieftains Fans, We Cannot Thank You Enough!

Chieftains fans, we cannot thank you enough, you have made us so proud to be one this past week!

From one outstanding idea from Phil Rolfe (take a bow sir) to a sterling effort from Phil and his Son, Caroline Fillery, Oki and the mascots who collected on the night and the very generous donation from the Chelmsford Academy donating their takings for the weekend, the money raised online and the generous donations from you all…

We have raised a staggering £3,230 at the game on Sunday with online donations currently standing at over £1,000 and still rising!

A few words from Bailey

‘Hello chieftains family, I don’t really know where to start but I am absolutely blown away and grateful for how well all you guys have done at raising money for my little girl, I honestly can’t thank you all enough, thank you to everyone that had a part of donating, sharing the post, collecting money at the game ect the list goes on, you are all amazing. I can’t begin to tell you how much this is really gonna help little Sadie, with the constant physiotherapy to get her to the best of her ability and for all her many other needs. I generally feel so proud to put that Jersey on for all you guys. Once again, thank you so so much #14’

And a few words from Rachel

‘I would like to say a massive massive THANK YOU to everyone that was involved in organising, donation, and supporting for Sadie last night!
I honestly can’t thank you all enough. The past two years have been hard fundraising wise due to covid and this amount of money is just unbelievable I’m still in shock!’

The food bank also went away laden down and we’re so very grateful for all they received!

So, a massive thank you from us all at the Chieftains, and remember it’s not too late to make a very big difference to a very special little girl. If you would like to donate online, please use the link below.
