Player Biography

Hi, my name is Sam.

I play in the position of Defence.

I've been playing ice hockey since 2012 and I started my career playing for MK Storm. I joined the Okanagan Hockey Academy in 2013, and then moved onto the Ontario Hockey Academy in 2015. 

I returned home in 2019 where I played for MK Lightning and than joined the Coventry Blaze in the Elite League for the 20/21 season.

I returned once more to my home club (MK Lightning) in 2021 where I also had stints back at Coventry Blaze up until the 22/23 season.

I’m really grateful to have been given the opportunity to play again, reunite with old teammates and play the sport I’ve committed so much to. I came to watch Benny last season and could easily tell this is a loved club. It’s a great group of lads with Cliff leading the way, it’s going to be a great year and I want to do nothing less than win everything!

So far this season, my goal tally is 4.
