Ole, Ole, Ollie!

Welcome back to the Riverside Ollie!

Chelmsford Chieftains are delighted to announce the return of 26 year old Ollie Baldock. This is his 3rd season back in the Black and Gold. Ollie had an outstanding season last season and we’re sure you’re as glad as we are he is back! 
 
Chieftains head coach Lewis Clifford commented ‘Ollie was great for us last year, he is a true centreman and plays both ends of the ice to a high level every night. I’m really happy that he’s agreed to come back for another year, he is a massive part of what we achieved last season and he does so much in all situations that he wouldn’t have been easy to replace, I’m looking forward to Ollie being part of the team we are building for next season and continuing to be a mainstay for us down the middle of the ice.’

When asked about coming back to Riverside Ollie said ‘When Cliff asked me to return it was a no brainer for me. Finishing on such a high last year only made me want to come back and do it all again. It has already been a busy summer with new teams coming into the league and other teams transfers etc so I am excited for the new challenges next season will hold. Looking forward to seeing the fans and getting back on the ice again in September, let’s go and win some more silverware!’
